Common Questions

Why begin therapy?

Sometimes in life we come into periods of feeling mystified and need help sorting out the confusion we feel. There could also be long standing psychological problems you need to address to further life’s goals. Anxiety, trauma, depression, life’s transitions like divorce may need healing. Often we seek the counsel of a therapist to pursue our personal growth and exploration. Therapy is right for you if you are interested in taking responsibility, choosing to create increased self awareness, and taking action towards change in your life.
